A few months ago we had a schooltrip to italy. We spent the time in a small hotel by the sea and visited some cities. Most impressing was Florence and a tiny shop, that sells handmade marbled paper and other goodies. I’ve brought a lot of paper from there.

Als Erinnerung an die Stadt und um das schöne Papier zu testen habe ich mir ein Design überlegt: Fiore da Firenze.

As a reminder of the city and to test the beautiful paper, I have thought about a design: Fiore da Firenze.

Neben dem mamorierten Papier habe ich mir euch ein sehr schön bedrucktes Briefpapier gekauft. Und dieses eignet sich auch zum falten ^-^ Während einer Konferenz in der Schule entstand damit die Scilla of Florence.

Little more than a year ago my husband and I folded a couple of butterflies as decoration for our wedding. On the left you have butterflies by Yoshizawa, far right, different models by Michael LaFosse, each consisting of 7.5 x7. 5 cm paper.

Links neben der Mitte sind zwei rote Blumen, mein eigenes Design, mit je einem Schmetterling von Yoshizawa. Die kleine Blume ist der „Ansteckstrauß“ meines Mannes, die größere mein Haarschmuck.

To the left of the center are two red flowers, my own design, each with a butterfly by Yoshizawa. The little flower is my husband’s „sticking on bunch“, the bigger  one is my hair accessory.

In der Mitte sind Anstecker für die Gäste, lackierte Yoshizawa Schmetterlinge. Und oben drüber sind ein paar Lucky Stars.

Pins for the guests are in the center, Yoshizawa butterflies coated. And on top are a couple of Lucky Stars.

Eine gute Freundin von mir hat diese Schmetterlinge gesehen und wünschte sich für uhre eigene Hochzeit auch welche.

A good friend of mine had seen the butterflies and wanted some for her own wedding, too.

Mein Hochzeitsgeschenk für sie: 189 (3x3x3x7) Schmetterlinge (ihre Farbwahl) Die meißten sind, unten rechts, verschiedene Modelle von Michael LaFosse, wie der Alexander Swallowtail, Temko, Origamido und andere, aus 7,5×7,5 cm Doublecolor Papier mit kleinen Blümchen auf einer Seite. Die anderen sind Yoshizawa Schmetterlinge, aus 7,5×7,5 cm und 15×15 cm Kami.
